ADHD Coaching for Professionals Across UK
When your effort no longer matches your results, it may be time for a different approach.
At Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc., we provide ADHD coaching for professionals across the United Kingdom, including London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol, and beyond. Our virtual coaching is available across UK and GMT time zones, making it easy to access support wherever you're based.
The challenges you face in your first professional role won't look the same as the ones that come with leading a team or managing greater responsibility. This means your support should grow with you.
ADHD coaching for every stage of your career.
Getting promoted doesn't make ADHD disappear. It simply starts showing up in different ways.
We work with early-career professionals building sustainable habits, managers navigating leadership for the first time, and senior leaders carrying the weight of complex, high-stakes roles. What changes between those levels is the specific challenge. What stays consistent is the approach: coaching matched to how you actually think, decide, and work.
We help make neurodiversity at work easier to understand, navigate, and support.
You may recognise some of these scenarios:
You're feeling burnt out, even though you're still performing well.
Decisions that feel heavier than they used to
You know exactly what needs doing, but getting started feels impossible.
Masking your ADHD at work leaves you exhausted by the end of the day.
You know you're capable of more, yet everything feels harder than it should.
These aren't character flaws. They're often signs that the strategies you're using don't fit how your brain actually operates.
Coaching that grows with your career.
Many coaching programmes focus on one stage of professional life. Our ADHD coaching UK service is designed to support professionals throughout their career development.
The support you need can change throughout your career, that’s why we don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching.
Instead, we match you with a coach who understands your career stage, your role, and the challenges you're facing right now. You'll receive personalised support that's tailored to your goals, not a generic programme built for everyone.

What research says about ADHD coaching for professionals
Many professionals come to us because they're looking for practical ways to manage ADHD at work, explore workplace adjustments under the Equality Act 2010, or build a career that feels both successful and sustainable.
If you're living in the UK, you may also be eligible for the government's Access to Work scheme. This grant covers the cost of ADHD coaching to support professionals, and you can even choose your own coach.
Our coaches are familiar with the pressures of UK professional environments across financial services, technology, consulting, the public sector, and professional services. We regularly support both individuals and organisations, so we're familiar with the workplace practices and expectations that shape professional life across the UK.
Research suggests that ADHD coaching can be a valuable form of support for adults managing the demands of work. A 2022 qualitative study published in Frontiers in Psychology explored the experiences of adults who received ADHD coaching and found that participants reported improvements in self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, organization, and goal setting. Many also described feeling better equipped to navigate workplace challenges, make decisions, and manage everyday responsibilities.
The study found that coaching helped participants develop practical strategies that extended beyond individual sessions. Rather than simply addressing immediate problems, coaching encouraged lasting changes in how participants approached planning, prioritization, communication, and self-management. For professionals with ADHD, these skills can make it easier to handle competing demands, reduce overwhelm, and work toward their goals with greater clarity and confidence.
While experiences vary from person to person, this research highlights ADHD coaching as a practical, strengths-based approach that can complement other forms of support for adults with ADHD, including those navigating the challenges of the workplace.

Built by someone who has been inside the workplace.
Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc. was founded by Cathy Rashidian, a certified ADHD and executive coach with over 20 years of corporate leadership experience, including TELUS and Deloitte.
She created RSC Coaching Inc. after seeing talented professionals with ADHD being encouraged to push harder instead of being shown how to work in ways that genuinely suit their brains. Today, that mission remains the same and focuses on helping professionals build strategies that feel sustainable, practical, and effective.

No. Many clients begin coaching before or without a formal diagnosis. Coaching can help you explore patterns and build strategies either way.
-
Coaching is forward-focused and works on strategy, communication, and workplace performance. It doesn't address clinical or mental health treatment, which is outside coaching's scope.
-
Each session focuses on a real challenge you're facing, such as making a decision, navigating a difficult conversation, or managing your workload. Together, you'll work through it in real time while also exploring the underlying patterns and strategies that support long-term growth and lasting change.
-
Often, yes. In the UK, the Access to Work grant can cover part or all of the cost for employed and self-employed professionals.

That's common, and it doesn't mean coaching isn't a fit, it usually means the approach wasn't matched to how you actually work. That's part of what the matching process is for, so you will have a chance to interview two of our coaches to see who would be a right fit for you.
