ADHD Coaching for Professionals Across the Career Lifecycle

Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc. (RSC) is a professional development and coaching company specializing in ADHD coaching for professionals.

We support individuals and organizations across the full career spectrum — from early-career professionals to senior leaders — through professional development delivered through an ADHD lens.

Our work focuses on how attention, decision-making, emotional regulation, and workplace executive skills show up in real work environments, so growth and performance become sustainable — not exhausting.

Our Vision

We envision workplaces where:

  • executive skills are developed intentionally

  • cognitive diversity is understood, not managed around

  • clarity replaces shame and overcompensation

  • professionals can lead in ways that align with how they think

Ready Set Choose is building toward that future thoughtfully, ethically, and at scale.

Addressing ADHD and Executive Functioning in the Workplace

Ready Set Choose was built in response to a persistent gap in how workplaces support neurodivergent professionals.

High-performing individuals with ADHD were being coached to “push through,” adopt generic productivity systems, or compensate harder — without addressing the executive functioning demands of modern work.

Whether someone is:

  • managing their own workload as a new hire, or

  • leading teams, strategy, and decisions at a senior level

the underlying challenge is the same:
workplace executive skills are assumed, not taught or supported.

Traditional productivity advice and leadership models often fail not because people lack capability — but because the support itself does not align with how the ADHD brain processes information, manages energy, and makes decisions.

Ready Set Choose exists to close that gap.

The Principles That Guide Our ADHD Coaching Approach

Our work is grounded in principles that apply across roles, industries, and levels of responsibility.

These principles are why we offer personalized coaching programs rather than ad-hoc sessions or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Fit Over Force

We don’t push professionals into systems that don’t work for them. Progress comes from alignment — not pressure, masking, or overcompensation.

Clarity Before Action

Sustainable change begins with understanding patterns in thinking, executive functioning, and decision-making — not by adding more tools.

Structure That Supports Flexibility

Professionals with ADHD don’t need less structure. They need the right structure — one that adapts to context, capacity, and workplace demands.

Leadership That Works With the Brain

We focus on how ADHD and neurodivergent traits show up in leadership, career growth, and organizational environments, not abstract traits or surface-level tips.

Our Story

Why Ready Set Choose Is Built as a Coaching Collective

ADHD does not present the same way at every stage of a career.

The executive skills required to succeed early in a career — organization, time management, task initiation — evolve into different demands at leadership levels, such as systems thinking, influence, delegation, and strategic execution.

No single coach can effectively support that entire spectrum.

That’s why Ready Set Choose is intentionally built as a coaching collective.

Our coaching is delivered by highly trained professionals with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise, allowing us to match support based on:

  • role and responsibility

  • workplace context

  • executive skill demands

  • readiness for change

This model supports stronger outcomes, ethical scaling, and consistent quality across all levels of service.

  • Ready Set Choose was founded by Cathy Rashidian, an executive and ADHD coach with extensive experience supporting professionals in high-pressure, complex work environments.

Cathy serves as the architect and supervisory lead of the organization. She mentors and supports the coaching team to ensure alignment with:

    • International Coaching Federation (ICF) competencies

    • Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC) standards

    • ethical, evidence-informed coaching practices

While each coach brings their own expertise, Cathy ensures that the underlying methodology — the “DNA” of Ready Set Choose — remains consistent, rigorous, and grounded in best practices for ADHD-informed professional development.

This ensures quality and continuity whether someone is working with a foundational coach or a senior coach.

In addition to individual coaching, Ready Set Choose partners with organizations to support neurodiversity in the workplace through structured, ADHD-informed professional development.

Our organizational work includes:

  • Workshops and training sessions
Practical, skills-based workshops focused on workplace executive skills, sustainable performance, and neuro-inclusive leadership.

  • Speaking engagements and keynotes
Educational talks for organizations, conferences, and leadership teams on ADHD at work, executive functioning, and cognitive diversity.

  • Team and group coaching
Facilitated group experiences that support shared language, skill-building, and application in real work contexts.

  • Leadership and manager support
Coaching and learning experiences designed to help leaders effectively support neurodivergent professionals and teams.

  • Organization-wide initiatives
Scalable solutions that support professionals across career stages — from new hires to senior leadership — using a consistent, ADHD-informed framework.

Our approach allows organizations to address individual performance, leadership development, and systemic inclusion without fragmenting support.
