Ready Set Choose was built in response to a persistent gap in how workplaces support neurodivergent professionals.

Ready Set Choose was founded by Cathy Rashidian, an executive and ADHD coach with extensive experience supporting professionals in high-pressure, complex work environments.
Cathy serves as the architect and supervisory lead of the organization. She mentors and supports the coaching team to ensure alignment with:
