ADHD Coaching for Professionals Across Canada
When effort and results stop feeling aligned, something has to change.
Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc. supports professionals across Canada through virtual ADHD coaching. Professionals in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Halifax, and communities across the country can connect with an experienced ADHD coach from wherever you are.
ADHD doesn't stay the same throughout your career. As your role becomes more complex, the challenges often change too. The systems that worked earlier in your career may no longer support the responsibilities you carry today, even though your ability hasn't changed.
ADHD coaching helps you understand what's getting in the way and develop practical strategies that fit how you naturally think, work, and make decisions.
For professionals at every career stage.
Some professionals come to us early in their careers, looking to build habits that will support them for years to come. Others are leading teams, managing competing priorities, or making decisions that carry more responsibility than ever before.
The challenge looks different from person to person, but the goal stays the same. Our ADHD coaching helps you build ways of working that feel sustainable, reduce unnecessary friction, and make better use of your strengths.
You may recognise this.
Feeling constantly busy but never quite caught up
Spending more energy on decisions than people around you realize
Knowing exactly what needs to be done but struggling to begin
Working hard to hide your ADHD at work and feeling drained because of it
Wondering why work feels harder than it seems to for everyone else
These aren't signs that you're unmotivated or not capable. They're often a sign that you're relying on systems that weren't designed for the way your brain works.
ADHD coaching that grows with your career
Many coaching programs focus on one stage of life without the ADHD lens. ADHD Professional life isn't that simple.
The support you need when you're stepping into your first leadership role is different from the support you need when you're leading a team, navigating organizational change, or balancing increasing responsibilities at work and home.
That's why we match you with an ADHD coach whose experience fits your career stage, professional goals, and the challenges you're facing today. Coaching is tailored to you rather than built around a standard program.
Supporting neurodivergent professionals at work.
Today's workplaces ask professionals to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and make thoughtful decisions in fast-moving environments. For professionals with ADHD, those demands can create unnecessary friction, even when they have the skills and experience to succeed.
ADHD coaching provides the opportunity to better understand those patterns, strengthen executive functioning skills, and develop approaches that make work feel more manageable over time.
Some professionals come to coaching as they prepare to request workplace accommodations under the Canadian Human Rights Act or applicable provincial and territorial human rights legislation. Others are looking for practical strategies to manage ADHD in demanding work environments. An ADHD coach can help you identify the supports that may improve your performance, prepare for conversations with your employer, and build confidence in advocating for your needs.
Our coaches understand the realities of Canadian workplaces across technology, healthcare, finance, consulting, law, education, government, and many other industries. Through virtual ADHD coaching, you'll work with an experienced ADHD coach who can help you strengthen communication, decision-making, planning, self-advocacy, and everyday performance.
How ADHD coaching helps professionals build executive function skills
According to the Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada (CADDAC), ADHD coaching can help adults build practical skills for managing everyday responsibilities. Coaching focuses on developing organization, planning, time management, prioritization, and accountability, making it a valuable complement to other ADHD treatments. For professionals, these skills can translate into better productivity, improved task management, and greater confidence at work.
Plus, the Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance (CADDRA) recognizes ADHD coaching as part of comprehensive adult ADHD care. The Canadian ADHD Practice Guidelines recommend coaching alongside other treatments to help adults strengthen executive functioning skills such as organization, planning, time management, prioritization, and accountability. These practical skills can make it easier for professionals to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and navigate the demands of the workplace more effectively.
Built by someone who has been inside the workplace
Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc., was founded by Cathy Rashidian, a certified ADHD and executive coach with more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience, including TELUS and Deloitte.
Throughout her career, Cathy noticed the same pattern again and again. High-performing professionals with ADHD were encouraged to work harder when what they really needed was support that helped them work differently.
That experience became the foundation of Ready Set Choose. Today, our coaching collective helps professionals better understand how ADHD affects their work and build practical strategies that support sustainable success.
